2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Duration of Data Processing

Data processed: full name, email address, phone number, optional message.
 Purpose: contact, responding to inquiries.
 Legal basis:
 – GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – steps prior to entering into a contract.
 – GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (in case of general inquiries).
 Storage period: up to 5 years from the date of inquiry.

2.2 Quotation Request Form

Data processed: full name, email address, phone number, optional city, and the selected product type.
 Purpose: providing a quote, contact, business communication.
 Legal basis:
 – GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – steps prior to entering into a contract.

 Storage period: up to 5 years from the date of inquiry.

2.3 Web Analytics and Cookies (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar)

Data processed: IP address (anonymized), browsing habits, device identifiers.
 Purpose: analysis of website traffic, performance, and user experience.
 Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject.
 Storage period: up to 2 years (or until deleted in browser settings).

2.4 Remarketing and Targeted Advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel)

Data processed: IP address, cookie identifier, browsing behavior.
 Purpose: displaying personalized advertisements on Google and Meta platforms.
 Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) – consent of the data subject (via the Cookiebot interface).
 Storage period: until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 2 years.

2.5 Data Security and Logging

Data processed: IP address, time of visit, browser identifier.
 Purpose: ensuring the secure operation of the website, preventing IT misuse.
 Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
 Storage period: up to 1 year.

3. Data Transfer and Data Processors

The Data Controller transfers personal data to third parties only to the extent necessary for the purpose of data processing.

Data Processors:

  • Hosting Provider: tarhely.eu (Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft., 1144 Budapest, Ormánság utca 4.)

  • Web Developer: Proglimes Kft. (Task: website maintenance, technical operation)

  • Email Forwarding: Emails received at kapcsolat@reinhardtsuto.hu are automatically forwarded to reinhardt.suto@gmail.com.

  • Advertising Services: Google LLC (Google Ads, Analytics), Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook Pixel)

Data transfer occurs exclusively within the EU or to third countries providing adequate protection as determined by the European Commission.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

Users (data subjects) are entitled to:

  • request information about their processed data;

  • request rectification or erasure of their data ("right to be forgotten");

  • object to the processing of data;

  • request restriction of data processing;

  • withdraw their consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);

  • lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
