1. General Provisions

This return policy applies to industrial ovens manufactured and distributed by REINHARDT-91 Kft. (Registered office: 6500 Baja, Nagy I. utca 35, Hungary). Our company sells exclusively to professional users (B2B partners), such as bakeries, pastry shops, and industrial facilities that place orders based on pre-defined technical parameters.

2. Custom Manufacturing and Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Reinhardt ovens are in all cases manufactured based on individual orders, according to the parameters and requirements specified by the customer. Since the size, design, equipment, and configuration of the products are fully customized, these ovens are not considered pre-manufactured, standard products..

In the case of custom manufacturing - based on EU and Hungarian legislation - the customer does not have the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, ordered industrial ovens cannot be returned, and the exercise of the right of withdrawal is not possible.

3. B2B Sales

Our company serves professional users; therefore, consumer protection rules applicable to private individuals (e.g., the 14-day right of withdrawal) do not apply.Contracts are concluded in all cases according to the rules governing legal relationships between businesses.

Although product returns are not possible, REINHARDT-91 Kft.ensures the long-term and reliable operation of its ovens through a nationwide service network.
