Gyula Reinhardt Sr. builds his first oven in the family workshop for master pastry chef Balázs Arany. Compact design, rotating trays, and circulating air – the founding idea behind Reinhardt ovens is born.
Registered patent
The invention receives official patent protection.
Passing the torch
Following a 9-year apprenticeship, Gyula Reinhardt Jr. takes the helm. A qualified food industry mechanical technician, in fact, his graduation project was a Reinhardt oven.
New 10-tray model
Compliant with EU standards and CE certified. Electrical and mechanical advancements: shock protection, safety switches, and even more reliable operation.
New factory, first export
The company moves from the family workshop to a 600 m² production hall. By autumn, the first international order arrives from Slovakia.
Birth of the current oven family
The 10 and 16-tray models are launched – the most energy-efficient ovens in their category.
